Reasons You Should Not Be Here

Hi, I’m Paul Forsberg.

I always love the “about me” page on websites like this because they’re written in the third person …even though they’re typically written by the owner of the site.

So after Paul Forsberg made several attempts to sound smarter than he really is by writing about himself in the third person, he quickly abandoned that approach and decided to write this page like it was a letter to a friend.

Which… in many ways, it is.

Anyway – what do you want to know?

I’m guessing that’s not the kind of stuff you’re looking for.

You’re probably wondering…

Is This Guy Worth My Time & Attention?

For many readers, my answer is NO.

I’m 65 years old and living in Vero Beach, Florida with my wife, Troya.

Between us, we have 6 grown children. (3 mine, 3 hers), 8 grandchildren, 4 cats, and a dog named Ellie who lives a very pampered and lavish dog life.

Here’s why:

I can not help you get rich quick.

For some reason, people equate “sell products on the Internet” to “get rich quick”.

The allure of “flipping businesses” for a quick fortune is undeniable.

But, it isn’t easy money.

Business flipping demands hard work, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the market.

Never forget that business flipping is about more than just buying low and selling high. It’s about understanding value, creating it, and navigating a complex market.

So if you’re not prepared to commit to roughly ten times more effort than you’re expecting, I’m not your guy.

No, I don’t show all the unicorns and rainbows. But here’s why I’m telling you this.

Start going down the “Business Flipping” rabbit hole, and you’ll see it can be a whirlwind.

Researching potential businesses, conducting thorough due diligence, overseeing renovations (if necessary), and crafting a strong marketing strategy – it all takes a significant investment of your time.

If your schedule is already jam-packed, flipping a business might feel like a constant uphill battle. It’s important to be realistic about your bandwidth before diving in.

If you don't want to invest your time to build a fortune for you then I won’t be able to help you.

If you’re looking for “The Easy Way”, I don't want to help you.

You must understand what I’m telling you.

I can help you, I just won’t. I’m capable of it, but I refuse to do it.

Why?

Because when I hear someone say, “What’s the easiest way”, what I’m really hearing is, “I’m looking for an easy way out and someone to blame for me not willing to work hard and put the time in. I’m not interested in working hard.

And that really translates to “I don’t want to work”.

Successful flips often require active involvement.

You might need to improve operations, and marketing, or even roll up your sleeves for renovations.

If you prefer a passive investment approach, buying building and selling businesses is not for you.
Go buy a Mutual Fund or something.

You’re Still Here? Good.

Here’s what I will help you with, specifically

I will help you buy and improve your business for monthly cash flow.

I’ll make sure you wake up each morning knowing your business is thriving, generating a steady stream of monthly cash flow that fuels your lifestyle…

You’ve implemented smart strategies to boost its value, and when the time is right, I’ll guide you through a profitable sale – a big payday that lets you retire comfortably on your own terms.

I’ll help you build a sellable business. Because I’m not just here to guide you buy a business; I’m your partner in transforming it into a cash-flowing machine.

We’ll work together to optimize operations, identify growth opportunities, and build a solid foundation that attracts top-dollar offers when you’re ready to cash out.

This isn’t just about a quick sale. It’s about building a legacy of success, one that allows you to step back and enjoy the fruits of your hard work.

Here’s what you can expect from me.

The people I work with are of the utmost importance in my business, whether they are visiting in person, by mail, by e-mail, or by phone.  They deserve a timely response to all inquiries or contacts.

My commitment to you is:

  • I will contact you immediately and advise you of any changes or issues that you should know about. My commitment to you is premium correspondence and communication.
  • I will make every effort to contact you, regarding any company policy, or marketing changes that I believe affect you while we are working together. That may mean several contacts within a short time or longer period as dictated by those economic changes.
  • I and my immediate associates will hold in the strictest confidence, and consider privileged, any and all business and personal information about our professional relationship.  As I have many types of industry relationships, I will not breach any of those associations regarding you at any time, unless you allow it, which means full disclosure of my intentions at all times.

And here is what I expect from you in return.

  • To provide you with an optimal level of service, I expect you to be continuously forthcoming with any relevant information to your projects with me, and bring to me first, any concerns or questions that arise.
  • If at any time you are displeased with any element of my service or business protocol, I expect the courtesy of timely notification so that we may address the issue immediately, to eliminate any further confusion.
  • If all of your expectations are met and you are satisfied with your level of service, I anticipate you and your associates will introduce or refer at least two other people whom you feel could benefit from the same opportunity made available to us, and we will provide the same level of service in perpetuity.
  • If all of your expectations are met and you are satisfied with our level of service, I anticipate that a warm and friendly letter of testimony indicating such will be delivered at the end of our business together.
